Once you’ve decided which of our design packages is the best fit for you, complete our design questionnaire form and we’ll be in touch to discuss your requirements further.
You’ll have the opportunity to share your thoughts and ideas for your project and what you want from it. You’ll need to consider who your audience is, and what you’re targeting. Are you trying to get downloads, sales, bookings, or even just a larger audience?
It’s crucial everyone is crystal-clear on the purpose of the website so we can recommend the next steps and begin our research.
Research & Proposal
During this stage we’ll work with you to find out who the website is for, what it’s meant to do, and the goals that it needs to meet.
We’ll investigate your competition, look into the latest design trends, and use any brand guidelines you may have to establish ideas around the look and feel of your new website.
We’ll produce an overview of our findings with a clear explanation of our choices for your review. This is a valuable audit tool for your website project as it will explain where you are, where you want to go, and what your website needs to compete in the market.
Design
After you approve the proposal we will create a design for you. We’ll take all that we’ve learned through our conversations, emails and research, coupled with our knowledge of current design styles and trends, and start to carefully plan your website design.
We offer unlimited revisions on the design until you sign it off as it’s important that we don’t start building the new website until you are happy.
Please note that once the design is approved and we start to build your new website, any design changes may incur additional charges.
Build
Once we’ve agreed the design with you, the website will be built using WordPress with your current needs and future growth in mind. Your new website will not only look great, it will also be user friendly on all devices, from desktops to tablets to smartphones.
The result will be a responsive website that meets your goals, enabling you to keep growing your business’s online presence.
At this stage you will also need to supply the content (text, images etc.) for every page of the new website. If it’s an e-commerce website we will show you how to add categories and products to the website.
Review & Launch
When development is complete, we’re ready to launch. We’ll check multiple browsers and devices to ensure everything is working correctly, fixing any issues that may came up.
You’ll then get a final review of the whole site before it goes live for the world to see.
We’ll teach you about the admin backend, showing you how to use your new website. But don’t worry, if learning about website updates just isn’t for you, we have website care plans to keep your website in tip-top condition.

Once your new website’s live it’s very important to keep your website security up-to-date, managing plugin and system updates on a regular basis.
