Client Area – Accessing Your Tasks Board

Since rebranding to Clean Slate Solutions we’ve changed the way you – our clients – access the reports we create as part of your care plan. Gone is the old document repository, replaced by a new tasks board where you can download your reports as well as raise new tasks when requesting content changes etc.

Below you’ll find out how to access your new account on our website, and also how to access the tasks board and care plan reports.

Accessing Your Account

1. Load the client area

In your web browser of choice go to clients.cleanslatesolutions.digital. You should see the following:

If you’ve logged into your account before you can use your email address and password to log into the client are, skipping the password reset steps below.

If this is the first time you’ve accessed your new account, click on the “Forgot your password?” link. You should see the following:

Enter the email associated with your user account and click on the “Get new password” button. You should see the following:

You should receive an email with a link to be used to reset your password. The email contents should be similar to the following:

Click on the link in the email. You should see the following:

Enter your new password and click on the “Save password” button.

You can now log into the client area using your email address and newly set password. Once logged in you should see the following:

2. Your Task Board

Shown in the image above, you can see the “Task Board” section of the client area. Click on the “View Tasks” button. You should see something similar to the following:

Click on the dashboard tab as shown in the image below.

You should see something similar to the following, which is a Kanban board showing tasks associated with your Clean Slate Solutions care plan. A Kanban board is a visual tool that helps teams manage projects and improve efficiency.

3. Downloading Care Plan Reports

Once you’ve opened your Kanban board, find the task in the “Completed” column and click anywhere on it to open it.

You should see something similar to the following

If you want to download the report, hover over the report attachment to show the action icon buttons. Click on the download icon button to download and save the PDF attachment.
